These terms apply to Terrannex at https://terrannex.com, operated by Terrannex. By playing you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the service.
The service
- Terrannex is a free browser game. It is provided as is, without any guarantee of availability, and may be changed, paused or discontinued at any time.
- Matches are played in real time with other people. There is no registration; you are identified by a random identifier and the display name you choose.
Fair play and conduct
- Choose a display name that is not offensive, misleading or impersonating someone else.
- Do not use bots, automation, exploits or modified clients to gain an advantage, and do not disrupt the service or other players.
- The operator may remove players from matches and block access for abuse.
Software licence and source code
The game software is free software licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3. The complete corresponding source code of this deployment, including this operator's modifications, is published at https://github.com/atlasturk13-cell/terrannex, as the licence requires for network use. Game assets carry their own notices, listed with the source.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
